Items purchased through the webshop can be exchanged or returned after consultation. Exchanges and returns must be reported in advance:

- within 14 days after receipt of the order
- costs of return shipment are always at the expense of the consumer
- articles must be undamaged and unused and bear original labels.
* Epilipe reserves the right to refuse returns or to credit only part of the amount, when it is suspected that the items have already been used or damaged by fault, other than that of Epilipe.
* Customized and/or personalized items cannot be exchanged.
